Ripped off by HSBC

In feb. 2006 my wife (now ex) and I used HSBC thru H&R Block for our taxs and refund. The $6400.00 refund was to be deposited into MY checking account. Wife contacted HSBC without my knowledge and had them deposit the money into her account in another state.in the contract with HSBC it states that there can be no changes in where the money is to be deposited. Lawyer has stated that they clearly broke the contract with me and they are liable for the money. After 3 letters from me and my lawyer to HSBC they will not say a word.
