Manufactured / Mobile Home Agency. Took my Listing for $45,000 with agreed commission of $6,000. And sold it and took $10,000.instead

Sept. 2005 I enlisted Casa Blanca Homes to sell my mobile home.

The agreed upon contractual price $45,000. With a $6,000. Commission upon sale. A Buyer came in with $45,000 and bought it. I had 3 days to move to Arkansas to complete escrow on my new home.

Casa Blanca came to me with a check for $35,079. When I asked about the rest of the money they said, "Well you only wanted $35,000. For the sale of your home.!!!" They knew I had no time to go after them for the rest of my money since I was moving out of state in 3 days.
Well, I moved back to California January. I filed a Small Claims against Casa Blanca Homes to recoup my $4,000. They stole from me. I won my Small Claims against them on May 7 and received my $4,080.including court costs on June 3.

What Casa Blanca Homes didn't count on was my moving back to California.

These people were unscrupulous in their business dealings and I want everyone to know about them.
