Scott Streit is a scam artist who has preyed on innocent hard working Americans by cheating them off their hard earned money and rights. Such people include the elderly and the disabled who do not know how to fend for their rights.
Scott elected himself illegally through an illegal ballot and made himself the President of the board at Casa Blanca Condos. He then charged illegal assessments that he used to pay off his own debt, do construction on his units, and buy units illegally. The elderly that were not able to pay the assessments were threatened and foreclosed upon by him and than later bought by him. Up to this day the true numbers have not been made available to the home owners. Scott Streit has released numbers that clearly SHOW he defrauded the home owners at the Casa Blanca board. The other members of the board only support him as they are his immediate family or individuals he has threatened to foreclose upon.
Scott Streit is a low life individual who is deeply engaged in fraud. Th little bit of money he does have, has been obtained by cheating and lying to people in his life. Currently him and his family are being sued in Dallas Texas for fraud. The sad thing is that he teaches at the university of texas at Dallas and what sort of morals do we expect him to teach the students when he himself is a FRAUD.
Do not do any business with this individual or his son Brian Streit as you will be cheated. It is only a matter of time before the judicial system in America will slap a prison sentence on Scott Streit and the rest of the board members at Casa Blanca. Scott Streit if confronted will tell lie after lie maintaining his innocence and will spread false rumors.
