Verizon Voice Wing promises reliable phone Service. Actually, the phone the installed either did not have a dial tone, or did not reproduce understandable speech.

I spent a lot of time talking to their agents. All of them follow the same script: first, they require to reset the equipment. If the phone still does not work, they either ask to call some other number, or request to wait for their follow-up call, which never happens.in the meantime, they keep charging your credit card.

Eventually I got completely frustrated and I decided to disconnect from them. At that moment they gave a lot of trouble, keeping my old phone number, continuing to charge under pretext of early termination, etc.

My advice: do not trust a single word of their advertisements, stay away from them.
