Raped my account

My checking account just got "raped" from Loan Shop Collections!!! I have no idea who the hell this company is. $350.00!!! I feel so violated! I am single parent with one income and I could not believe it when I went to withdraw money for gas and food that my account was in the negative. -241.00!!!

I have no address and the number that was on the transaction is a call center number and they do not have a clue who they are answering for the guy I spoke to said, " I think the company is a home repair company." What the...???

Some help me!!! I feel like I have been actually rape by a stranger. Will they het my account again and this time take more money???!!
