Cashpayday911.com took 99.00 from my checking account, iwas lead to believe i was applying for a loan Kalamazoo

Last week credit starter took $99.00 from my checking account, i was applying for a payday loan and had no idea they would be taking this money from my account. Today on 7/20/09 i received a phone message telling me i was approved for a $1ooo. Oo loan from cashpayday911.com. When i went to the site to apply for the loan a message came up telling me they would take a one time fee of $99.00 from my acount i checked the box saying no do not take any money from my account. I want to be sure they do not take any money from my account and i want the $99.00 refunded to my account. I feel they are just stealing money from people by leading them to believe they are going to give them a loan and then just steal $99.00 from them. I had 3 checks which bounced because of this and i am on a fixed income, i feel this is very wrong and i need my $99.00 refunded to my checking account thank you.
