This arbitration company was handed to them after capital one referred all lies attack my bank account i am also on disability and they constantly lie and illegally without my permission tries to get money after a agreement was made

aside from capital one being the most discusting organization, lied to hung up on, never called me back for over 1 year
now creditor interchange has also lied, scare tactic, fish for money from my bank account without my permission, and i have tried to good faith and borrow the money and they got 5k and still want 5 more and they said they will hand it to lawyers after all this is there unorganized aimalistic illegally
tries to get my money from my account without permission and have been charged return checks for 34 dollars 4x. Legal advise said that the IRS and NYS are theonlyones that can freeze my account which has practically nothing in it... Lots more lies for 1 2/2 years and it is all recorded on there end and i have full documentation about how managers lie from both organizations
