Non Responsive firm, takes money places obstacles in apth to get MLS listing

They take an order for a flat fee for MLS advertising in your local MLS. They require yu to send in a form apcket of details for listing and then sit back and do nothing. When you inquire they demand you do all over again. And then add more documentation requirements as they go along even thought the initial submittal was received complete and accurate. Yet, they still will not place the add in the MLS... Asking for somewhat extraneous information. This appears to be an obvious obfuscation as I doubt they really will place the ad in the MLS. It has been a month since I submitted and paid for the service and I yet to get my property listed in the MLS.

My advice is to find a more reputable firm. This one takes money and does nothing as promised.
