I applied for a loan app. And then i did not even think to open the dumb email and about 3 days later 79.95 came out of my account. Then 3 days later again 79.95. Azle Texas

I filled out a loan applacion, then 3 days later 79.95 was taken from my account. Then 3 days later another 79.95 was taken out. I called the number my bank gave me and they said, that I filled an application out for a loan. Where they got my info from and, sent me an email saying they where taking it out of my accout. They would not refund it. She was the superviser. Hung up on me. Then i called back and got a man. And he was the superviser too. And told me the dame thing. I opened the eamil today. And I opened it. And there was no number to call to cancel it. It was all lies an all boogus. They won't give me my money back.
