I applyed for a loan at 200cash.com and they charged my account but never gave me the loan. I call the number then i just here a mechine no live person. When i email they don't reply back i am mad i am mad and want my money back orlando, florida

I allpyed for a loan at 200cash.com. I filled out all the paper work and was approved. I got the email standing that i was approve and the only thing they have to do is call my bank and make sure that this is my account. I called the number they have listed but nobody answer just a damn machine that makes me mad. They charge my account 19.00 but never gave me the loan. I write email not nobody can tell me anything.
