Trucker beware, you're not wanted and they'll fine you enormously without warning

I stopped off at the local Walmart in Stockbridge, Ga for less than 5 hours in my semi-tractor only, I did not have a trailer. To allow the Atlanta morning rush hour to settle down before returning north. I awoke to a wrecker driver parked in front of my tractor, I had to pay him $100, had an old lady, Terri Wright in spandex write me a citation for illegal parking of a commercial vehicle, $250 and she neglected to consider the early morning dampness that was shaded under the front of my truck and called it an antifreeze leak which I don't have$300. It could have cost me $1250 for the dampness and if you have a commercial vehicle that is not licensed by this old town at a particular address, don't stop!!! They're philosophy is to rejuvenate to city and revive the people or something like that, (look at their site and you'll see it) no wonder the citizens don't care for the city, the city has probably bankrupted those whom they have a shot at catching. For the spandex kid and other ticket happy writing officers, you can't expect out of towners who come into your town to know your city ordinances, you must make them aware of it justly with a warning!
