No mileage warranty given as I was being had!

I purchased a set of 235/45ZR-17 Zexius XI-326 All seasons blackwalls back in Aug of last year and they are bald in the rear!!! When they sold them, they didn't inform me that there was no mileage warranty. And now less than 15K miles later, they want to charge me to replace them! This is ridiculous!!! I have never heard of any tires going bad in 15K miles! They said it must be my driving habits...
Right. Cause in the state of Washington we all drive crazy! The best they did was offer me a 50% return fee on the price of the tires! I am very upset with them!!!
