Scamed me out of money

Last month I asked USA Credit to revove me from there database so that I would noy be charged. I looked at my bank account last week and saw that they tried to take part of the money out which the bank charged me $70 fot not having the money in there. The same thing happened today. My bank account is not overdrawn $180.69 becouse of this.
