Took money from my bank account without permission. They sent me a trial cd which was to be free and could not cancel account Have promised a refund

They sent me a cd and charged me 1.99 to get my credit card number. It was not that great and part of it did not work. They then took 29.98 from my bank account and when I called them they said I would not get the money back. I told them I was getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau and my bank to get the money back because they were not authorized and I had not recieved any more cd's to be charged. They have sent me an email saying they were going to refund the money. If they do refund the money I will let you know. I am tired of companies saying this is free and then they sneak in a charge to your bank account and make you overdrawn or take money on false pretnse.
