Lying troublemaking bully who has underage girls in his apartment, also keeps his dog locked in his apartment all day

Ron Daniels lives across the hall from me and is a troublemaker whose sheer joy in life seems to be bullying others and attempting to get other neighbors evicted, by making up wild stories about their household cleanliness and other issues that do not exist.

Ron has tried his best to keep my boyfriend off the lease here by telling our landlords that my boyfriend threatened him and his nasty yapping dog (which, by the way won't shut up.) All my boyfriend did was tell the dog to shut up, and Ron came out of his apartment shirtless, red-faced with a cigarette in his hand, and yelled, "Are you talking to my f#cking dog?"

But this is not the end of why Ron now has the honor of being on this site. The aforementioned dog is locked in the apartment most of the time due to Ron's inabilty to stay home for any long period of time, and when he does take the dog out, it cannot hold its bladder and bowels and has accidents on the stairwell, which Ron attempts to clean up, but the smell still remains, and Ron has the nerve to say it is my cats that are causing the odor, because I do not clean the box according to him (That's funny, I completely empty and wash the box once a week and scoop when it needs it.).

Ron (who is 32) also has a 16 year old girl hanging around him pretty muich 24/7. I know this for a fact because the girl's mother is one of my best friends and also wants to see Ron go down.

Ron also likes to accuse people of doing things without seeing them do it, and will lie to get you in trouble.

Warning to landlords: Do not rent to this man, you will be sorry.
Warning to neighbors: Stay away, he will use things you say and do against you, and even make things up to cause chaos.

All in all, this is one seriously disturbed human being, you have been warned.
