Pu my account in the negative numerous times and did not reqpond to my request for a billing statement Carribean Is What A Rep Told Me

This company blocked my account numerous times. I proceeded to send emails requestin a itemized billing statement in which they have not reponded with. They blocked my account then responed to my email to say they have now updated their system and i can now recieve calls. Then I responded by telluing them i beleive that fraud is being committed and that they are covering up the fraud by not sending the statement i requested. Neither would they provide me with the information needed to logon to my supposed online account. They responded with a reply stating that i have spam bl;ock and when that is removed to contact them tso that they can send something to my email. My response how is it that we are communicating now? If there was a block you would not be able to communicate with me now. They still refused to provide the requested information.
