Correctional Billing Services
Bad service

My fiancé is in jail and I have already been out of 200 dollars for phone calls in a month through Correctional Billing. On 2 different occasions in a 2 day period I was told that I had successfully set up a Direct Billing account with them. So I come home and my line is blocked. I call them and now they are saying I don’t qualify for Direct Billing. So now I can’t get in touch with my loved one. This is Bull *, they need to have better service. There has to be help somewhere out there!!! Please help!!!
