Burger King
Poor Service

My children and I have frequented the Burger King on Mt. Rose Ave.in York, Pa for some time. However, after today, it will never happen again. This establishment is well known for its slow service, and I was even spoken to very rudely in the drive-thru one time, but I still seem to give it the benefit of the doubt. That will never happen again.

Today, April 19, at approximately 6:00 pm, my children and I ordered our dinner. We were in line behind four other customers. As we all waited (which is common), we were treated to a show by the employees. The girl running the drive-thru window thought it would be appropriate to yell "SHUT UP" at an employee in the back. She also decided to dance around and tell everyone that she had only one more hour of work.

A male employee in the back (but in full sight of every customer) cozied up to a female employee placing his hands on her waist/hips and his face very close to hers (kissing???).

Another male employee in the back felt the need to yell that he wanted to go home.

And finally, on the way out, one of the female employees was sitting ON TOP OF THE COUNTER WHERE FOOD IS SERVED. I was disgusted!

This place employs the biggest bunch of whiners I have ever seen in my life. There is no semblance of professionalism or customer service at any time. The employee who took our order was very nice and appeared to be one of two people actually working. Unfortunately, this is not enough to keep me coming back.

And now I find out that its like pulling teeth to actually make a complaint to this place. I think I have been turned off Burger King permanently.
