Service complaint

I just recently visited our Burger King store#15874 in Corpus Christi Tx and have visited this establishment on several occasions. But tonight would be the worse service I have ever received. After a long day of work we decided to pick up some burgers and decided to place our order inside. We placed our order at 18:53 according to our receipt and waited patiently. I watched as the employees took their time making burgers and talking about other staff members and other staff members schedules. I also heard the cashier telling one of the employees she needed a burger and as the other employee responded she told him to "shut up and do it" Which I thought was very in appropriate with all the customers around waiting for their orders. I waited patiently for exactly till 7:19pm 30 minutes since my order was placed until one other order that was placed after me was called. I approached the cashier and asked her for my order and she grabbed the baggs that had been sitting there of about ten minutes and gave them to me. My burgers were cold and so were the fries. And if I would of returned them God knows I probably still be there. It seemed like staff was not under any management, unorganized, unprofessional when speaking to each other, and not fast responding to customers. I will not be visiting this establishment in the near future. I hope that next time I do decide to visit Burger King again it will be under better management!
