Melcor operating out of Watsonville, CA 831-768-9913 refused to fix the heating unit at 1406 64th Ave, Sacramento, CA for the entire winter of 2008.in May he sent his maintenance men to cut ALL the wires on the unit so the air conditioning doesn't work — a retaliation move due to the fact we stopped paying rent for his failure to fix the heat.
