I was Scammed!

It first started when i began to receive my telephone bill through an e-bill every month in which i never signed up for. An e - bill is when instead of getting a paper copy of your bill it is sent thourgh an email every month instead. I knew something was wrong when i tried to get into the webpage where it said view your bill and i was not allowed to access the page. I was alarmed by the astronomical amount of my bills every month it went from originally being 63.00 dollars a month to sometimes being in the hundreds. Well my payment comes out of my checking account every month so this company had been taking out money that i knew nothing about. While this happenned my checks bounced every month giving me huge fees i couldn't understand why until i called sbc telephone company to find out why i was being charged so much every month. I was told there was a company who atteached themselves to my bill and i was given the name mainstreet platinum plan and a number. I called them and was told it was a long distance service i don't have long distance service and the name that i suppossedly had service under wasnt even mine i asked for them to cancel the service. I was given a cancelation number so im hoping that no more money will be taken from my account and i was also told to change my telephone number so i would no longer be charged.
