Fraud and Theft!

American Lending LTD is a sure thing Rip Off! The checks prior to using this company all show that they were a triple A rating without any complaints. The thieves stole the name of a company who had recently gone out of business with good ratings and "pretended" to be them. The actors and actresses are indeed taught thorough professionalism to rip you off. They tell you they use many resources including wealthy business men to get your loan, but you have to send a MoneyGram for insurance, and processing fees to someone in Canada. Mine went to a Frederick Green in Calgary, Alberta-Canada, and was picked up in Ontario. Once they get that money, they call you back and let you know your package including the certified check from them for your loan is sitting in a FedEx office in your state on "hold" due to a processing error of paying Canadian taxes. So you send more money. But then you never hear from them again. Your package is supposed to arrive that afternoon as once the second MoneyGram is rec'd, your check will be released. NOTTTTT! My representative called herself Ava Roberts - but I also left messages with an Ashley Davis, and a Scott Taylor at the so-called office. I have since found out from the CA. Chamber of Commerce that the address is a residence. If you Google that address, you will find several companies - mortgage, lending, and real estate working out of that address. Don't fall for this scam. I am out $2,000.00 because of the good reputation I thought they had by checking with the BBB and so forth - although they had not removed the "real" company from the BBB information yet. Smart Crooks! Move in fast, and move out fast! With your money! All authorities have been notified of the case, and hopefully if all of us who have fallen under their spell stick together, we can stop this from happening to other innocent victims. All I can say is I keep these people in my prayers - many times over - daily!
