Amstate Lending
They stole my money by having me send them $2000 for collateral for them to loan me $5000 Edmonston, Canada

I was contacted by Amstate Lending regarding a loan in the amount of $5,000. This was to be repaid at $160.00 per month starting in April. After they faxed me the loan document, I was to sign it and fax it back to them and they they contacted me by phone at my job. After a day or so, I was contacted by phone by them asking me to put up $965.00 for collateral because my credit was that good. So, I asked them "didn't you check my credit before you agreed to lend me money?"

So, I was desparate to pay off some bills so I sent a moneygram for $965 to a person name William Rowe in Canada. A day or so later, I was called by them and asked to send another $965 and the $5,000 would be in my account in 2 hours after they received the money. So, I borrowed the money from family and sent another moneygram and waited and waited and no money.

So, I got scared and looked them up again on the internet and found out that they were a scam! I contacted moneygram and was able to recover the last $965 but not the first because they had picked that one up. I misplaced my folder with my receipts and reference numbers so moneygram cannot track the first $965 without the reference numbers.

I'm so upset because I will probably have to move out of my apartment because my Sept. Rent is past due and I can't pay it. I called them and literally cried on the phone told them to please refund my other $965 and they said it would take at least 15 days which I know they will not give me back my money. Oh, by the way, the reason for them not putting the money in my account was because I gave them the wrong account number, which I know it was the correct number, OK!

PLEASE!!! Beware and don't send Amstate Lending your Money! It's a SCAM! This was an expensive lesson that was learned the hard way!!
