Told me to deposit the money and call him, check canceled after deposited still waiting on call after 3 weeks

Received letter in mail saying I won a mega millions draw, called George Peterson, he told me to deposit the money and call him. I deposited the money on a Monday called the number in the letter for 5 days straight at least 4 times per day. On friday the bank called me telling me the check for $4,200.00 had been stopped. I called Mr. Peterson one more time and of course he answered the phone saying I hadn't called. He would have to get with the account on the following Monday and would call me.By Thursday no call so I called again, told me the accountant was on holiday, he qwould call me the following week. Well this went on for 3 weeks, called agin this morning straight to voice mail and of course no room for you to leave a message. This has really upset me and put me in financial bind.
