Threatened to send me to collections when my payments wasn't even late

When I agreed to buy garbage bags from Us Blind Services I had no idea of the real people I was dealing with. I was told I could make two payments for the bags, half the first month then the other half the next month. I received a phone call right after they received my first payment telling me I was delinquent on my account. I received two more phone calls threatening me that they were going to take me to collections for not paying my bill. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the women said she was the supervisor. I also left a message with their phone service to speak to a manager or supervisor but I never received a call back.
