Card Agreement Arrived Without Card, Sent Last Four SSN Digits

I received an envelope from Emblem Mastercard in the mail. It had the customer agreement, percentage rate letter in it but no card. I was scared that I had a credit card floating around out there and there was no number on the letter, so I looked them up on the web and sent an email asking did they send me a credit card. I gave them my address and the last four numbers of my social security number. I have since found out through the Jefferson Capital website that it is a scam and I am scared now because they have my info!!! What do I do
