I have been also contacted from Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC EMBLEM MasterCard). They have told me that I have been selected for the EMblem MC fresh start solution. They say that I have a debt of $249.00 with Verizon. They are offering me a pre-approved, unsecured MC card with a $75.00 credit special to help me reduce this debt. They even prodided a phone # and an acct # from Verizon.

I called JCS, LLC and they wanted the last 4 digits of my SSN - I did not give it to them of course, and they would not verify the information on the account they 'had' on me either, this made me very suspecious so I contacted Verizon (which I never had an account with in the first place) They could not match my name to an account, for obvious reason, so I had a hint that this was either a scam or ID theft.

PLEASE spread the word about these scams! I am very glad I came accross your website to inform other consumers that might fall for this trap. I intend to send JCS LLC a letter letting them know we know they are out there and we will not let them make other victims out of their scams.

No wonder the bible says in 2 Timothy 3:1-5 that in these last days critical times hard to deal with will be here, For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, disloyal, having no natural affection, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, betrayers... But in a way I am also glad to know that these prohecies are becoming true because that also means that the promise of paradise will also be truth. Revelations 21:3,4.
