Started with normal setup for selling direct tv, then they took $4000. Out of my American Express and I haven't heard from them since

Direct Tv rep called me and I joined sales promo.$119.98then $19.99 a month. Then a Sales person called an said I needed to upgrade everything, so I stupidly said Ok. Then they took $4000. Out of my American Express and since then I have had no word from them. I have tried calling them and when I say I want my money back they put me on hold and no one comes on line. I held on one day for 1 hour just out of curiousity.
