Caller Charged $4000 to American Express for Web Exposure

First I paid $119, then I was to pay $19.95 a month for websites and advertising. Then all of a sudden, this Chris Hagen called me and said I needed more exposure on the web, and that is when he took $4000 out of my American Express. He wanted $6ooo, but I told him I did not have it. I have not heard a word from Chris Hagan or DirecTV since that day, and I cannot find my websites.
