Technicians Underpaid, Pay Cut Per Install, 401k Removed

I've known this company, Connectv, for about 8 years, since the business just started. I have been working there for about 4 years. Three years ago the pay was good and in order, but lately this company has been audited by the State of California (Labor) because of ripping off the technicians by not paying their regular hours and overtime. Also some piecework jobs. They cut pay on some installs and upgrade jobs without giving a good reason why??? $25 to $30 per job is big money. Wow, what a rip-off.

Also, the race discrimination continued. Some of my paycheck disputes were never received, and my 401k benefits have been removed. If anyone or any technician wants to sue this company, sue them now or take it to class action, and don't let them get away with it.

A good and productive technician should be kept because he is a good asset to the company, and seniority should apply and not be disregarded. Some of the supervisors and managers should know better than to think of their own needs. If the owner finds out about this, I think he should do something about it, because your business is corrupt and you have bad leaders in positions. Many technicians are trying to get a union just to protect their jobs, but your business is somehow lucky, because until now the union cannot get in.

And to all technicians who have a complaint against this company, please call each other, and if you talk to them, spread the news and take it to a class action case.
