Do not use Onforce Ever! I was a buyer and provider from Onforce, I have a nationwide on site computer service company that thought their would be a use for Onforce, so like an idiot I decided to start using it as a buyer. Where ever I didn't have a technician I would route the job on Onforce, and cost $11 for routing fee. Onforce claims that they have over 11,000 providers. Since I was a provider as well I would have access to all the would look at a my work orders. Their would be maybe 5 technicians out of 40 that I routed the job to that actually saw the work order. The rest are fake profiles to make Onforce seem much larger than they actually are. The technicians are also not qualified they don't show up, accept jobs they cannot do, and generally very unprofessional.

I lost many customer for using Onforce as a buyer and would never suggest it to anyone. As a provider I used Onforce just like they say, to make my technicians available for additional work. The only thing is that Onforce will start to talk down to your employees about your company, and tell them that they will make more money if they work directly for Onforce. I lost 6 guys that way. Onforce is maybe a 10 person office. Chad Horn and Scott Epple are real pieces of work. They are there to make sure that your life is hell. They have screwed up more work orders, attempted to hire more of my technician, and also attempted to extort me after taking my technician stating that I needed to pay my employee what I charged for the job?!? Didn't make sense my employees started working for me an an agreed upon wage, after they spoke with Chad and Scott from Onforce, they wanted what I charged for the jobs, stating they were told from the Onforce Support that my company was not legitimate and they will create an additional profile for them so they can switch.

I am telling you: Onforce is a joke, their customer service is a joke, their entire platform is a joke. They will be out of business with in 5-7 years, they started out well, but are now greedy and do not support their customer base like they should. I would never recomend the use of Onforce and would suggest either www.oscsit.com or www.nerdywork.com. The pictures are as pretty, but they are what they say, no lies, and great customer support. I am personally attempting to do whatever I can to take Onforce down. I have contacted an attorney who is currently working on a case. If you are in the same boat please contact me and we can see about starting a "class action suite."
