The software didn't work. I tried to send an email alert to let them know. No response. I got on the Forum to ask about resolving methods. No response. There is no physical address, or phone numbers, to call. From what I've seen and heard, LG Software Innovations is a complete rip off with no intentions to provide a service. If someone has a way to shut them down, I'm on board.
