Deceitful listings on EBAY, sells refurbished phones as new

This company lists phones on ebay as "Brand New" in box when in fact they are remanufacturers and refurbish phones and then sell them as new.

Then when the phones break, they make you pay to ship it back to them, and have shorted my refund by 18.95 for their shipping and ebay fees.

The phone I bought stopped working after 5 days, there were labels peeled back on the phone, and it was in a plain white box, when their listing said it would be in an LG box. I took it to my provider and they told me it was refurbished. Buttons were even put back on the sides wrong.

Caveat emptor — buyer beware — when dealing with this lying, deceitful company.
