Calfist Leasing is an unethical company and you should work for them at your own risk. They lie about you job functions and constantly adjust peoples salary once they have accepted the job.

First you will be told that you will be given a territory with several hundred accounts. This is a deception. You will be given several hundred names to COLD CALL, most of the people you will be calling have a negative perception of CalFirst. Many of the companies you call will actually have rules PROHIBITING Them from doing business with you because of CalFirsts terrible reputation.

Secondly the terms CalFIrst offers its customers are completely ridiculous. Most well known companies laugh at our contracts and will tell you to never call back.

Your calls will be closely monitored and your talk time and number of outbound calls will be reviewed several times a day just like a boiler room. IF they do not like your call volume they will begin putting excessive pressure on you to become more like a TELEMARKETER not a rep for a bank.

I have close friendships with over 20 Account Executives at CalFirst along with working there myself. The majority of us were fired within 6 months. Once you are fired they dispute your unemployment so that they do not have to pay, then they block your phone number so that you cannot call the company and ask why they are BLOCKING YOUR UNEMPLOYMENT.

Do not be fooled. There is little or no advancement at this company and they will do everything they can to not pay your unemployment benefits when they fire you.

THINK ABOUT THIS. IF they are a smal reputable bank, WHY ARE THEY MASS HIRING ALL THE TIME.
