Joint Venture to control my company the greed facto

This con man told me he would pay me and a group of individuals a salary of $1,000, 000 One million dollars a year to help set up Bio fuel plants. He said he was a billionaire and needed people to run his new plants. He offered to buy my house and moved right in. Never paying any of the bills, set up a office and started making long distance calls. He even took the appliances. My house is now in foreclosure.

He borrowed money from me saying, if you do not give me this money I will walk right out of here. He told me how to keep my children quite so he could conduct business. He even invited himself to the dinner table and ate our meals.

He set up a buying of houses, that he never bought. He signed contracts and took deposits. Leaving one Realtor being sued. He asked a couple from Las Vegas to invest in his company. Joint venture he know owns their company and they gave him $50,000 to join in making Bio fuels.

He offered to set me up a business in the Philippines making Bio fuel, I ended up paying all the expenses. He tried to set up the company by getting the people of a town to buy shares of the company. He could not even meet the legal requirements, these people feed him and drove him around. First he wanted to buy their lands. Then he wanted them to join the company, buying shares. They caught onto him after two months. Show us the money and we will sell to you. He left that town.
