Purchased Movie Stopped Midway and Had to Be Bought Again

I bought a movie and started watching it before the 24 hours were up. It stopped dead right in the middle, and I had to buy it again to see the end. I will complain to try to get the second fee refunded. Total frustration. Hello, Netflix.
