Never received merchandise no responses to emails frauds scammers

I placed an order with this company on March 31 and I have a US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt that they received and signed for my payment on April 2 at 9:16.

However, as of today, April 17, some 15 days later my order is still "Processing." I have emailed the "store owner" (at least that is what the website says) three (3) times in the past two weeks and have yet to receive a response from any representative, owner or otherwise, as to why my order is not ready to be shipped or when it will be ready for shipment.

As a business owner, this kind of unprofessionalism is totally unacceptable and inexcusable. I now see I should have done more research into this alleged company.

I look forward to being part of any legal actions taken against this company.
