Bad tanzanite, Beware!

I ordered a triple A tanzanite, which, of course, looked fabulous on their t.V. Light box. When it came, it was almost colorless, and there was nothin' "triple A" about it.

When I tried to call for the RMA number to return it, I was on hold for 1 hour. I finally hung up, tried again and still no response. I left a message after pressing the stated number and have yet to hear back.

This appears to be their scam: leave them on hold so long they give up. I will keep trying every day after work, but one only has seven days to obtain this RMA number, and you cannot return anything without receiving this number BY THE PHONE THEY DO NOT ANSWER.

Do not get involved with this company.
