New NSF Policy New NSF Policy San Francisco

I have called B of A regarding their new NSF policy. They said it was sent out in August & again in January. I can not find this information they "sent-out" anywhere ~ on my statements, in hard copy or on-line. Does anyone out there have a copy of their new policy??? I have called B of A regarding this, because, yes, I too have been privi of this new pending charges NSF policy. My situation is a little unique, being that my husband is in Iraq & used his debit card without letting me know the instant he used it ~ Lord knows why he couldn't let me know immediately (I'm being sarcastic). But, if someone could post it, that would be wonderful. All I can find on their website is "We charge an overdraft fee when we PAY a check or other withdrawal even though you don't have enough available funds in your acount..." There is nothing, that I can find that states their new policy. I have phoned B of A several times & have been hung-up on twice when I read them their own words regarding their overdraft policy. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
