Debit account without my knowledge or any puchase

They just removed $99 from my debit account without my knowledge or purchase. I do not know this company nor have made any legal purchase with them. They have debited the said amount from my account to my surprise and i am shocked about it.
I tried calling the number but there seems no response about.
