Yahoo! Complicit w/NSA in Violating Our Constitutional Rights

On November 7, immediately after I had widely posted confirmed reports that the Bush administration had in the recent past approved secret no-bid contracts with Greenbriar Industries/Gunderson Metalworks and eleven other military contractors for over 100,000 boxcars with shackles each, and had contracted with KBR/Halliburton in the same manner to build 600-800 Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) concentration camps thruout the United States to house dissident American citizens under imminent martial law, my primary Yahoo! Email box was suddenly locked for three days, then unlocked without explanation, even though Yahoo! Pledges to have service restored within 24-48 hours after such a lockout with a full report of what happened. I let this pass as a possible glitch, although I was suspicious concerning its timing and nature.

Then on February 21, BOTH my primary and secondary Yahoo! Email boxes were locked for three days and I was ejected from Yahoo's Message Abuse Center immediately after I had again widely posted more information concerning the above national security issues. This time there was no doubt that someone was monitoring my email, harassing me and violating both my First and Fourth Amendment rights, with Yahoo! Either directly responsible for this or complicit with it.

Yahoo! Refused to respond to my complaints about this with any honest, coherent explanations from either their Help or Message Abuse Centers, so in early March I sent a complaint to the Office of the Washington State Attorney General for this online abuse of my human/civil rights to be investigated. Yesterday, April 9, the Washington State Attorney General's Office informed me that Yahoo! Had refused to respond to any of their communications as well, so I am now reporting these incidents to this widely read website.

This is so that the public will now be now informed that it is likely that Yahoo! — and Microsoft and AOL now seeking to acquire Yahoo! To further consolidate corporate control of our internet and whose AOL, Hotmail and MSN ISPs also routinely violate our First and Fourth Amendment rights — are also likely cooperating with the National Security Agency (NSA) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in allowing their giant "fusion center" surveillance operations furtively located inside their physical facilities to identify, monitor and harass those unwisely continuing to use their services.

I am also publicly posting this as a warning that the fact that I am being monitored and shut down every time I post information alerting the American people to treason in the highest reaches of our government and the corporations that control it indicates that they indeed have something signficant to hide. It would also indicate that what we do not know cannot only hurt us but eliminate us as a free people.
