Ripoff Lying cheating thieving sorry@$ dirty c

I worked for dean dist. As a truck driver for about four months.
In that short period of time i had four of my pay checks bounce. Which cost me a loan from my bank. He changed banks like most people change underware.

The trucks had either no tags, switched tags, or out of date tags. Or sometimes two out of three.

I started out as a regional driver until a couple of weeks ago when without any notice he decided to go local. Basicly what that meant to me was a pay cut!

The trucks also had no paper work cab cards, permits, etc. I also had to sit for about sixteen hours waiting for him to pay for repairs done to the truck. Thats sixteen hours after they had finished the repairs.

He also offered health ins. When i started there. But of course he lost it. So, after all of the bounced checks, the pay cut, the loss of the only so called benifit, the constant lies about about the paper work on the truck. I finaly had enough and quit.

Well you would think it would be over? First it took two days for me to get my stuff out of the truck because he had put another driver in it.

Now he says he doesnt have the money for payroll!

So, now it is my intent to not only get my money but to also put this lying, thieving, piece of trash out of buissness! For good!!!

Ive already talked to an attorney, notified the dept. Of transportation, the labor board, and of course usacomplaints.com.

People like this have no business being in the transportation industry.
