$9.87 charge from a company I've never even heard of or spoken with

I noticed a charge on 1/27/08 for the above amount on my credit card statement. I have never heard of their website, let alone order from it. I called my credit card company and they completed the dispute. I also tried to call prophotoland.com to see what was going on. Whenever I would call there was never an answer; just a message directing me to the webpage. I e-mailed them and recieved a reply back stating that they would refund the amount and gave me all of this information of the IP address that the order came from. They made it believable and I assumed that it was a human error until they tried to charge my credit card again in February and giving a hand written notice to the credit card company. This notice stated that I am supposed to be responsible for the charge and it was through a trial period. My credit card company disputed it again and here I am now. I reported the company as fradulent to my card company and I put a hold on my account until I am able to close it out. This person needs to be caught. I read reports of where this same company is doing this to many others and no one knows how they are getting our credit card numbers.
