I was going to order a purse from this website. My credit card information was entered in, but I DID NOT submit it due to the fact that the website states that the purse would ship from China. This was a huge red flag that this is a rip off. I closed out of the window thinking that the order/charge would not go through as I did not confirm my credit card information. WRONG!!! They charged my credit card anyway. When I emailed them to find out what happened, they stated that they never charged my card. Once I finally told them that I would dispute the charge with my credit card, they "realized" that a charge did go through due to "bank error" and said they would credit me back, but would still charge 20% for a "handling fee". I became fed up with them and let them know that I would still be disputing the charge with my credit card as the charge should not have ever gone through. What a SCAM!!!
