"Accidently" way over billed two times, 'it was a mistake" -?

Over billed 4 times as much as the bill should have been - TWICE! Once: could be a mistake. Twice with only two orders - either dishonest or very dumb! They are looking for companies who do not check their bills properly. Big apology doesn't cut it.
