Will not refund my money california

I have returned there product Priority mail they recieved the product back on the 12th of March. I called them about my refund, the first person I sopke with told me they have gotten it and that I would get a credit back on my card. Then I waited still nothing then I noticed another charge on my card from them for $19.99 which came to a total of $59.89 and they had there product back exactly where it told me to send it. I called again and sopke when someone from another country and said they have not recieved it. Why in the name of heaven do they out source all these jobs and then they tell you, you didn't send it to the right place. It was received at the place I was told to send it. I am still waiting for my refund, I had to cancel my credit card which is an inconvience to me for fear they would charge my more money.
Beware you will not get your money back from this company.
