Returned Product Still Charging Credit Card No Refund 2 Months Late

Have followed instructins as requested and returned 1st. Shipment with cancellation notice inside box. Recieved e-mail stating they had recieved returned product and my money would be refund at a small percentage
processing fee. Now they are trying to collect 1st and 2nd shipment cost even though they say there are not. Still showing up on credit card bill. Have called company they say that my subcription has been cancelled but yet still show-ing $39 and $54 dollar charge from them. So still am trying to resolve guess last ersort to dispute with credit card company.
