Did not send product within time allowed and won't return money

I ordered a sample of acaiberry on Jan 12 and never recieved it, And I sort of forgot about it thinking they did not recieve my order or something, on Feb 2, I checked my credit card and discoverd that I was charged $3.95 for shipping on JaN 12TH and $87.13 on Jan 28th for an order of which I recieved nothing, I called and was told they would cancel me that day, and I assumed it was over.

On Feb 10th I recieved a bottle of Acaiberry, so I called back again they said it probably crossed and they mailed out before the cancalation went through, so I told him I would mail back the product, and he said ok, the man on the phone never said I had to have a return number. Since then I have called 3 additional times and had my credit card also call them 2 times and they keep saying they are going to return my money but they have not. The company keeps saying I canceled 2 days past the 15 days, how ever it is suppose to be a 15 day trail period starting from the day you order, well it is a tough to try something you don't recieve until 30 days after, then they said I should have called if I did not get it in 15 days. No where did I see that it their terms and condition of which they are always throwing in your face. I am still waiting for my refund.

So please warn others they also are behind several other product that come through their labratories, offering free samples and charging your credit card. DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY FREE SAMPLES take it from all of us who were burned
