Co didn't live up to there word and charged my CC 39.80 anyway

After signing up they called me and said they would send me a packet of info and never did and I never heard back form them and they charged my credit card again. So I finally dug up there phone no and called them about it and that was the first time that I was told to go to a website and that they would not refund my
money.
