Received credit card information from Ticketmaster and charged my credit card without my authorization ripoff

On September 29, I purchased some tickets on Ticketmaster's website. Apparently, at that time, I was enrolled into the Entertainment Rewards program that is partnered with Ticketmaster. I received an email from Entertainment Rewards asking to sign up, and I remembered looking at the website but not fulfilling the sign up process.
However, my credit has been charged $9.00/month since September which totals $207.00 in unauthorized charges. I never received an email stating that I would be charged $9.00/month for this program. I never authorized such charges either.
I have spoken with a Customer Service representative from Entertainment Rewards who stated I was sent 3 emails regarding the matter. I received the first email but not the other two. If the company truly sent the other 2 emails, it could have easily been considered SPAM and never got to me.
Regardless, I didn't not authorize any of those charges nor did I provide my credit card information to them which means that they received the information from Ticketmaster.
I have an issue with Ticketmaster sharing my information with another company without my knowledge, and I have an issue with Entertainment Rewards charging my credit card without my authorization especially when I didn't provide the credit card information to them.
I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against the company. I noticed that the company has had 377 complaints filed against them at this time. Make sure to file a Better Business Bureau complaint against the company (http://www.bbb.org/).
